On December 18, 2004, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated Upsilon Alpha Zeta Chapter was chartered with thirty-five ladies, the largest original chartering in Zeta history.  The past presidents of the chapter were Paulette V. Bartlett, Wilhelmina W. Neal, Dr. Tiffini Byrd Ferdinand, and Dr. Ebony Coney.  Currently the chapter has over fifty active members under the leadership of  Shirley Simmonds.
